Verification note

Official material specifies in-house dials, hands, cases and movement parts, with assembly and regulation in Norfolk.

The record

Founded by David Brailsford and watchmaker Simon Michlmayr, Garrick operates a dedicated Norfolk facility and deliberately limits output.

The UT-G01 family was designed with Andreas Strehler’s UhrTeilAG. Garrick states that it builds the movement by hand in Norfolk while being transparent about Swiss design and component input where used.

Its dial work, thermally blued hands, bridges, cases and finishing make it one of the clearest Tier I makers in England.

Editorial angle

Proof that a small English workshop can combine Swiss specialist input with meaningful domestic manufacture.
