Verification note

Paulin’s production pages disclose in-house Glasgow assembly by a watchmaking team shared with anOrdain, with direct component sourcing and a small Vancouver exception.

The record

Founded by three sisters and now part of anOrdain, Paulin has moved its assembly in-house to the shared Glasgow watchmaking team.

The company works directly with component manufacturers and publishes separate production notes for dials, cases, hands, movements, straps and packaging.

A small number of watches are assembled in Vancouver by retail partner Roldorf & Co, so country of assembly should remain attached to the individual piece rather than assumed from the logo.

Editorial angle

A verified omission and one of the best examples of accessible, design-led Tier II production.
